What am I doing wrong???

Thanks Jilly I can see how easy it would be to have too few calories. How many do you try to get in a day?

I eat around 1000-1100. I was eating around 800-900. Once I upped my calories about a month ago (and cut back some carbs) I had better luck. I don't count carbs but I was eating too many crackers.

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

I average about 1200-1400 calories a day, and get atleast 100g of protein and atleast 80 oz of water. Carbs for me cause me to dump so I try and keep those under 100 per day and the carbs I do consume the majority are from fruits, vegetables, and dairy. Some things that are quick and health snacks, almonds, string cheese, protien bars- fiber one makes a really good one. You could also try ordering some high protien snacks, I order protien pretzels and cheese puffs, they have like 15g of protien in them and about 12-14 carbs. They have a lot of different varities I order them from bariatric choice.
