What am I doing wrong???

I average about 1200-1400 calories a day, and get atleast 100g of protein and atleast 80 oz of water. Carbs for me cause me to dump so I try and keep those under 100 per day and the carbs I do consume the majority are from fruits, vegetables, and dairy. Some things that are quick and health snacks, almonds, string cheese, protien bars- fiber one makes a really good one. You could also try ordering some high protien snacks, I order protien pretzels and cheese puffs, they have like 15g of protien in them and about 12-14 carbs. They have a lot of different varities I order them from bariatric choice.
