back on track today
I counted calories today and so far I've had about 1375 calories and 90 grams of protein. Gives me room for a little snack later on, if I need one. I want to stick to about 1500 calories per day.
I also went for a walk today, although not a very long one. But at least I was moving. It is supposed to snow and by icy tomorrow, though, so I probably won't be walking then.
But anyway, I'm on track today. So far.
