What is your percentage of protein a day?

I log my food on my fitness pal.  For all of you that do too, at the end of the day what is your percentages for carbs, protein and fat. I'm just curious.  Thanks

I log my food everyday, too. I'm 10 months out today (WooHoo!) and I usually end up with 40-50 grams of fat (I eat olive oil and peanut butter everyday), about 80 grams of carbs and 120ish grams of protein.

I'm just over 7 months out and I get about 90 grams of protein, 30 grams of fat and 100-130 grams of carbs a day. My calories are set for 1200 a day. Some days I do go over the calories and other days I'm under.

I only log a couple of days a couple of times a year at this point (5.5 years out), but from 6 months out, I have always tried to hit 45% protein, 30% carbs, and 25% fat.  I usually exceed the protein and come in lower on the carbs.

I have mine set at 40% protein and 30% carbs and fats. I aim to get more protein and less somewhere else but i am okay if I hit that ratio.
