Are you reading a bilingual label by any chance?  "Glucides" is French for "Carbohydrate(s)"

me again, I read the label on my SF Torani syrup, and expect the numbers should be the same for the DaVinci SF syrups.

I was very puzzled about you saying 100gr carbs in your SF syrup, which also had 0 sugar....

MY SF syrup label ( which is bilingual, so in English and French as you like me, live in Ottawa, Canada and our labels have to be in both languages) says:

Portion is 1 fl oz (30 ml)

calories 0

fat (lipides in French) 0%

cholesterol 0mg

sodium 5 mg

carbohydrates (Glucides in French) 0 g

sugars (sucres in French) 0 g

protein (proteines in French) 0 g

So my question to you is how do you get a SF syrup with 0 sugars yet 100g carbohydrates  per portion ???  What brand did you buy?  (By the way, sugar is a carbohydrate, which I think was your original question..).

300 calories and no sugar but 100 carbs??  I think you are misreading something!
