What do you pay for your vitamins?

Last time I did the math it was $1.06 per day. So about $30 a month. But then I still have to buy food every month, too. And I buy protein supplements.

I just wanted to mention, taking four Bariatric Fusion a day does NOT meet the ASMBS nutritional guidelines. If you want to get the vitamins and minerals the ASMBS says you need, and prefer to use Bariatric Fusion, you'd have to take EIGHT of them a day PLUS B12 (sublingual, nasal spray, or shots), which would make your cost more than $50 per month. I would also be concerned that doing that would increase your risk of kidney stones a lot since you'd be getting so much calcium carbonate from the Bariatric Fusion.

Your surgery was less than two months ago, though. It might not be fine in a year. You can take whatever vitamins you want, of course, I just wanted to make sure people were aware that they don't meet the ASMBS guidelines.
