Hi Mamaof6Blessings,
Thank You! At this stage I can eat "regular" food but this is normally what I eat;
Breakfast 1 Boiled Egg or 1 scrambled egg
Lunch 1/3 cup of tuna or 1/3 Chicken salad
Dinner Grilled Chicken with some veggies or fish with veggies and I normally get about 50oz of fluids in and exercise 6 days a week, but i'm only walking right now. Around week 3 I hit a huge stall and just had to remind myself that its going to happen so i just made sure I was taking my vitamins and I started to drinking more water. Just stay positive and keep going off of your plan and the weight will come off! (:

I am still on purée foods gor another week. I have protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and dinner is usually 1/4 to 1/2 c turkey chili or beef veg soup. I drink about 70oz of water. Maybe I am not eating enough. I am walking but want to start swimming laps. I guess everyone is different. I hate the guilty feeling I have just eating 1x day. This plays mind tricks and can be emotional that's for sure!
