What is the protein count in Syntrax Matrix?

Hi there-

I just received samples of Sytrax Matrix protein mixes. I am drinking the mint cookie one. It says 23 g. of protein-is that with or without the milk? I looked at the label online but I still couldn't tell if the 23 g. just meant the scoop of powder by itself.

The protein is without the milk (many people mix them with water).
