i am 9 months out and think that i have stared to dump. it only happens in the morning after i have my coffee, i have tried to not add sugar but must add a little couse i can't stand the tast of black coffee. I get the shakes and diarreah. Some times the diarreah is so bad i don't make it to the washroom. Any suggestions.

I'm preop, but I would try a sugar substitute. Truvia is my favorite...no weird taste, just sweet.

Stop adding the sugar! that is my suggestion... if you don't like black coffee taste add a sugar substitute... Every morning I have a decaf coffee with 1 packet of splenda, my vanilla protein, a dose of Miralex, and a splash of sugar free Torani syrup (French Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut)... its so yummy and no issues... good luck finding what works for you :)

There's are so many things you can add besides sugar. SF Torani syrups are one of my favorites. Also, just some plain vanilla makes it taste good, or a dash of cinnamon. Or keep it simple and just use Splenda or Equal.

Where do you find Torani?  Never heard of it.

Nearly all coffee bars have Torani syrups, Starbucks included. You can buy bottles of it in many grocery stores and at Cost Plus/World Market. For the entire range of sugar free flavors, go to the Torani web site. DaVinci is another good brand; there's not much difference between the two except a few different flavors.

I love hazelnut, caramel, butter rum, butter pecan, almond (orgeat), and Irish cream, but there are many more to choose from.

I am in the same boat....except I dump on artificial sweetener...if i use more than one packet, then im finished!!

I hope you find a sweetener that works for you and that these episodes are soon alleviated.

Pure stevia works best for me. Truvia has SA and I can have it, but not AM.

Liquid stevia and unsweet coconut or almond milk. If you use regular milk in your coffee that may also caused the runs.
