question for my peers

i am going to be 11 months out on April 4th and im just curious how many calories you were taking in at this point? or how many i Should be getting in?

I'll be 11 months out on April 7th and i consume about 700 calories a day.That includes calories from protine shakes too.

I will be 1 yr out on April 4 and I usually get in about 1000-1200 calories a day.  My program does not have me tracking calories at this point however that may change when I have my 1 yr post op next week.

i wasn't really given a guild line on what to be eating either. just protein first, veggies second, starch carbs last lol

Hey Court I'm a month behind you but my doc also doesn't do calories. Just 60g of protein min. 45g of carbs max and I was told everything would fall into place. I track on myfitnesspal and my calories come in anywhere between 900-1100 depending on the day.

That gives me a little something to go on thank you! :) i track mine and i get any where between 800-1000 on a good day didn't know if that was normal lol!
