One year ago today I started my new life! I became me again! I am 5'9" and weighed 335 on the morning of surgery. I wore a tight 24 jeans and a size 4x shirt. I have lost 160 pounds. I weigh 165 and wear a size 10 jeans and a large, sometimes medium shirt. My BMI is normal!! What a difference a year makes!!!

Hi llori-

Have you experienced any stalls in weight loss over the last year?

I'm looking into VSG, and really leaning towards RNY, but the stalls that I hear about are really discouraging in VSG. Just wondering about your experience a bit more.

Thanks-
