Help with soft/pureed foods

I ate cottage cheese, greek yogurt, tilipia, refried beans, cheese....I buy the yoplait greek yogurt and love them.
I'm on puréed too. So far my fave has been: 1/4 c low fat ricotta with 2 or 3 tablespoons of low sugar marinara and about .5 oz of shredded low fat mozz... Heat it up til it's all gooey and it's yum!
Refried beans with cheddar and puréed salsa and light sour cream is good too.
I also got the Quaker weight control instant oatmeal it has 7g of protein and I make it with milk so it ends up being 15g protein, I can almost fini**** but not quite
