Had my 2 Week Follow Up today!
They said I am doing great and I am down 36 lbs!!! I am so excited that includes from the pre op diet. They did say I need to eat more protein I am only getting in 40g a day if that. They said do 6 times a day 10g each sitting. She said do some yogurt cottage cheese protein shakes break it all up so that way I get to 60g a day to give me a better start to 72g a day. I can't go back to the gym for another 2-4 weeks. I go back in 2 weeks and she said we will discuss it at that appointment.
I took pics but I don't see much of a change besides my face so I am going to wait to do my 1 month pics and post those. I am going to try on some clothes today and see if they fit HAHA a girl can dream but seriously at 36 lbs I should be able to go down a size!
