Glued. I had a drain for the 2 days in the hospital.  They said it helped them to monitor bleeding.

I had staples on 3 of 4, of the small wounds, and on the 9" wound.  The unstapled small wound was where the drain was located.

5 incisions... No drain. 4 just had steristrips and 5th seutured on inside

My surgeon said that if the incision is 2 cm or less they just use steristrips. The 5th incision is the one where they go through the muscle. I believe that's the one the camera goes in. It's a little over an inch long.

My surgery was 3 weeks ago. All incisions are totally healed. Scabs are gone, and most of them just look like old cat scratches now

i had 6 incisions, one of which had the drain and suture. drain stayed in for a day or two while in the hospital . The rest were stapled. (The drain is definitely weird feeling when it is removed.. totally was not expecting that!! )

Internal stitches and glue, no drain. I asked my surgeon why some surgeons use drains and others do not. He said drains are mainly there in case we get a leak and since he had not had any leaks in years, he stopped using drains.
