Congratulations! I agree that you look healthier this time around. Fabulous, in fact. (I think we all tend to look a bit haggard after the initial weight loss.) I think it is important for the folks still in their early stages to hear that it is a process of finding out what works for you and does mot work for you. I am "only" coming up on 6 years completed, but many of my rules are very different from yours (e.g., I get a lot of my protein from dairy products and I have a small amount of chocolate almost every day), but they work for ME and yours work for YOU.
