I have had a headache on and off for a couple days now. What do they recommend for us to take? All i have in the house is Aleve and Ibuprofen .

Both of those are really bad for us. All NSAIDs are off the table, including aspirin. Tylenol is the go-to for most people, I think, although it doesn't really do much for me.
