Pre op accidentally bought sublingual B12

They're 500mcg. Can I take two at once or should I space them out? I think I was taking 1200mcg pills before.

You can take them both at once.  The sublingual B12 that I take is 5000mcg.

No, I just get them at the Vitamin Shoppe.  They are Twinlabs B12 Dots.  They are VERY inexpensive (like $13 a bottle of 60), and since I take the high dosage ones just once a week (and occasionally twice just for good measure), that bottle lasts me almost an entire year!

The only vitamins I order online are the BA raspberry calcium citrate chews, the Upcal D calcium powder, and, occasionally, the Calcet Creamy Bites. Everything else I get is from regular places like Walmart, Kroger, CVS, Vitamin Shoppe.
