Pre op, took 1000mcg sublingual B12. Now I feel all dizzy and wooo... Not fun. Can this be from the B12 or am I just feeling weird?

I doubt 1000 mcg B12 would cause that.  I guess it could possibly be a reaction to something else in the supplement, like whatever they use for color or flavor.  Or it could be from something totally different.

Oops. It was a migraine. One of the weird ones with not much pain. Good news is there's a generic now, so it only costs me $7 instead of $50.

The B12 sublingual I take is 5000mcg, which I take once a week ****asionally a second time) and a bottle of 60 (which is almost a whole year) is only $13.  It is Twinlabs B12 Dots.
