Ice cream, crackers, popcorn, chips, tortillas, sweets. Things that have no nutritional value, and will not keep you full for very long.

I would definitely not consider crackers and tortillas to be slider foods, and not all sweets are.  Slider foods are those that slide through the pouch very quickly, regardless of their nutritional content (and crackers, tortillas, and cupcakes stay in the pouch quite a while).

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

They are foods that go down easy, but don't really fill you up like yogurt , ice cream ( that we don't normally have) foods like that , maybe mashed potatoes .refried beans watered down...anything that will slide ( which should be just about anything after we chew it LOL)

Banders have more sliders to choose from , say like the ice cream , potatoes, soups , jello's , pudding

an Adkins drink could be considered a slider , but if it keep you full and satisfied USE IT !! I eat oatmeal watered down and pile on cottage cheese , I think this would be considered a slider , but it helps me through the day.

Sounds like you are doing fine to recognize foods that keep you full , I have to be careful of my protein drink because it does nothing to fill me up , I only use it when I need the protein

Fruits and veggies are big slider foods for me, they have such a high water content that when I chew them up, they slide right through. Salad and melon are the biggest offenders.

yogurt, pudding, applesauce, cottage cheese (less of a slider than others but still a slider), jello, soup

anything that doesn't take a while to empty from your pouch.

Many people eat dense protein as it stays in the pouch a lot longer to keep them full longer.

It's those little square hamburgers at restaurants and White Castles!!

Nah, most everyone hit it on the nose, anything that "slides" through the pouch like ice cream, yogurt, liquidy stuff like that. They still give you all the nutrition and calories or lack thereof but don't keep you full very long.
