OK SO I lost about 100 lbs total  - bringing me to floating around 220 - I have hovered around + or - 5 lbs for the last 4 months - Dear God I hope its not over because I still want to drop another 80 pounds - as a former lap bander ....Not sure if that will happen....Anyway I am at that in between size of 12 - 14 - Before I would order contouring body shaper swim suits from PLUS SIZE websites - NOW The sizes dont run that small and I am nervous about ordering a reg swim suit I still like and need the "contouring effects".... The weird thing is that in a reg store I had to buy a 2XL t shirt ???? 1 XL was too snug....UUUUGH

Anyway looking for suggestions for those form fittiing supportive swim suits

I don't know where to go. I am a size 4 now but still want one with a skirt on it for modesty reasons.

I am super super picky about my swim suits. I will splurge and spend as much as I need to in order to get a good one that doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. I have bought two magic suits at $150 each and I hated both of them. I have a Calvin Kline from Macy's that I really love but I needed a new one for this season.

I was at of all places  Wal-Mart where I picked up this super cute pink suit with Rouching all throughout the body of the suit that really helped camouflage my belly it fit great and had really good bust support...all for 29.98! Yay! Yay! And since my thighs look like a melted cottage cheese candle..I wear shorts with my suit...cuz those swim skirts are no where near long enough for me. I found a pair of Bermuda swim shorts to match my suit at Family Dollar for 5 bucks! I hit the swim suit lotto this year! So maybe check out Wal-Mart They had some surprisingly cute and good quality stuff.

I recently had great luck at Kohls. I was able to get a skirted bottom and an enhancing tankini top that really sucks me in for around $30 after my coupon! It's stylish, reasonably priced and flattering- can't ask for much more. I looked at about 6 or 7 stores without luck before finding my suit.

Kohl's does have a pretty good selection of suits with skirts, swim dresses and tummy hiding suits.  I have also ordered from Always for Me in the past - they have tons of suits, tons of sizes and you can return if you are not happy.  I think they are made for people not looking for a bikini.

I would look up modest swimsuits. My friend told me about them she wears them. They have skirts. But also kohls walmart I have seen some w skirts too. I find the skirts are short and I will be going with board shorts that I can pull up higher for when I lay out.

I just ordered this "skirtini" with the matching bikini top from Target today.  And I'm gonna wear it out!
