Tomorrow will be my 4 months surgiversary , I am down almost 75lbs since my journey started, it has been an up and down battle but I wouldn't change a thing. Before surgery I was on 9 pills a day 5 different medications plus insulin. My A1c was almost 11 at one point i was taking medication for hyper tension and cholesterol and my thyroid I also had sleep apnea. Since the surgery my A1C is pretty much normal 5.5  I no longer take medication for diabetes, hypertension or cholesterol and I no longer use the CPAP machine for the sleep apnea. Just getting off the meds and feeling healthy now has made this journey all worth it.

That's great news. I don't know about you, but getting off the meds is so much important to me than the weight loss. Smaller clothing sizes is just a welcomed bonus. Congrats!
