Have i stop losing?.
I don't mean this to sound rude, but just because you don't think you overeat doesn't mean that you aren't eating too much to be losing (or perhaps eating too little). Are you tracking what you are eating? At a year out, you should eb able to lsoe mroe, but it is harder work at this point.

I'm with Lora. Are you weighing/measuring/tracking every bite that goes into your mouth? Sometimes we fool ourselves into thinking we are eating less than we are.
