soo uncomfortable

This morning at 6:30am i took my pill witha big gulp of water. After that my chest felt pressure. So much that i had to leave work. I had a rice cake with peanut butter and tried to rest. The pressure started going from my chest and back and feels like when you have bronchotis. Doc said i stretched pouch and to take meds. It has been 7 hrs and i have taken vicodin twice. As soon as it wears off i am in so much pain and pressure again. Anyone ever have this?

It sounds like something is stuck.  I've had this terrible discomfort before, but it usually passes within about an hour.  If it continues, you should call your doctor.  That's a really long time.  A pill should not stretch your pouch and water can't stretch your pouch, so that doesn't make any sense.
