I take the WalGreens A-Z brand of Multi Vitamins. They have everything in them and are half the size of Centrum and easier to swallow.

They often have these on sale.. Buy one get one half off

I am 4 years out tomorrow and have tried lots but like Bariatric Fusion - it is advertised as complete and so far it has kept my blood work very good. I eat we'll, keep my protein intake around 100 gr per day and calories between 1200-1500 and have maintained a weight loss of between 150-160 lbs since August 2011.
I do not take anything else except my GP has now had me start 2000 IU daily of Vit D recently and I also take fibre pills if I think I am missing a bit there.

Good Luck with this - the vitamin thing is a bit difficult but very important.

All my vitamins and supplements are from Bariatric Advantage. I can't stand the taste of the multivitamin and the calcium!  they are just nasty! They were recommended by my surgeon so I'm sticking with them.

Why does he recommend that particular brand over other brands with nearly identical nutritional stats?  Like, why not Celebrate or Building Blocks, if you prefer the taste of those?

Target brand prenatal for me. I prefer a pill I can swallow & these are a bit smaller than most.

I take the GNC Solotron Chewables. Have taken them religiously for 7 years.

I have taken Centrum but now I'm taking VitaFusion chewables.  My nutritionist said these were fine but I need to double up on the dosage due to malabsorbtion.    I have a hard time swallowing the large capsules.

Chewable Centrum (orange flavor).  Yummy!  I get them through Amazon and do the "subscribe and save".  I never have to remember to order them.  I do the same with calcium.  And diapers...and wipes...and coffee....and ......
