If money were no object, would you have breast augmentation when you reached goal?

Yes, yes, and yes!! At least a lift. Implants aren't as important as defying gravity.

Definitely!  I think I might anyway even though I feel like its a little selfish because of all my kids.  I spend everything on them but I think I deserve to have the boobs of a twenty year old.  LOL

God, no, the last thing I need is augmentation!!!  I would, however, have a reduction and lift!  (I am almost 6 years out and still wear a 36DDD...)  Well, I think I would.  The whole nipple/areola moving thing creeps me out big time.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Definitely would.  I've always been very under-endowed in that area.  In high school, at 118 pounds and a AA cup, I took a lot of good-natured teasing from my friends.  Even at my heaviest, I only wore a C cup.

I already plan on getting a lift and maybe implants after I reach goal. Im 23, so im not going to deal with saggy boobs for the rest of my life, when I could just do something about it now and be happy with them. I started out as a D, so id probably only go up to a C maybeeee a D, id just have to see what it looked like.

No.  In my mind, the risks are not worth the benefits.  While most people do fine with cosmetic surgery, there can be complications, including death.  I'm not willing to die to have better looking boobs.  I think mine look OK in a decent bra.  Not that many people see them without a bra.
