Can someone please give me suggestions about fluid intake?
Many people find that they can only drink so much of plain water, but that Crystal Light, SF Kool Aid, or flavored waters like Propel are easier to get in than plain water. Sometimes even just adding a bunch of lemon or lime slices to the water makes it easier to drink more.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Hot drinks helped me a ton in the early days. It was easier to sip on them. I was a water drinker before surgery, but after I prefer iced tea. I either brew my own or use crystal light ice tea. I really like to put some of the Davinci Raspberry syrup (sugar free) in my tea. I can't handle it too cold, so I leave it on my counter all day and just take it as I can. I can drink a LOT more than I could in the early days....now I can drink up to 6-8 ounces in a few minutes. So it will get better.
