Try an omelet with mushrooms, green onions, cheese, diced ham, or turkey bacon, sweet red pepper, and an asparagus spear.  Sooooo delicious.

I have this or a version of this every morning.  I cook the bacon ahead of time, dice the onions and mushrooms and keep them in the refrigerator, and it is really fast to throw together in the morning.

I eat a Van's Power Protein waffle with sugar free jelly.  2 hours later I eat Yoplait Black Cherry Greek Yogurt.

I've been eating what ever I had for dinner. Sometimes added with egg but mostly not. Who says I can't have crab or scallops or chicken for breakfast?

At 6 a.m. I have a sugar-free Carnation Instant Breakfast mixed in with 1 cup 2 percent milk.  At 9:30 a.m. I have a protein bar.

Good luck to all of us on our journeys!

OMG, you guys. Im so jealous. I have a nasty little pouch that does not do mornings. I am stuck with a spoonful of peanut butter. Then half hour to 45 minutes later I can start to drink a warm cup of tea. By my morning snack time it has loosened up, or relaxed enough for me to eat a yogurt. And sometimes I still cannot finish that.

Sigh, my nutritionist, and my Dr have had me try all sorts of things. Can't complain really, its been so worth it!!!

I have a hard time with breakfast too, eggs dont sit well anymore.  I am 6 weeks out, most of you who are eating cereals or carbs how far out are you all?  I am not sure how much carbs to eat.

1 package plain instant oatmeal- mixed with 1 T PB2 (ground peanuts) & 2/3c soy/almond milk- MW then add 1 Splenda- I can even eat this in the car as I drive! (LOL)

Mc Donald's Egg McMuffin- but I take one slice of the english muffin off (too much soft carbs for me)

1 skinny everything bagel with minimal cream cheese.

1/2 c Greek yogurt w/ 1/2 portion high-fiber cereal (can't eat full portions-makes my heart pound)
