I just went to Disney. I was only a month post op, but had no problems.
In the morning I had my premade protien shake (premier protien from Cost****arried frozen water bottles too and emergency protien bars.
We had one to two meals a day in the parks. There were lots of great choices. Ate lots of grilled chicken and fish.
For example ate at the Beast Castle I ate the seared tuna salad. And at Epcot we did the place where they grill in front of u in Japan and got the children's shrimp.
I had a lot leftovers at each meal, but my family had no problems eating what I didn't. Have fun!!

I'm going next month and can't wait!!

I find many good choices to eat at Disney. They have delicious fresh turkey sandwiches. ( I don't eat the bread) It is enough to share with another person and it's very moist and tasty. It comes with a side and you can get fresh fruit cup as your side. They have chili as well as a number of good tasty items. At the Mexican restaurant you can get refried beans and cheese etc., salads with fresh meats.
I would pack some nuts and other good snack type foods, like Jerky or string cheese.
I also love my Dassani Pinapple ****onut drops to add to my water bottle..

Which park are you going to? We have yet to hit Hong Kong, but have been to all the others. I will say that Euro Disney is by far my favorite! It is smaller and more personal and we felt like we got the star treatment no matter where we went! Their Halloween decorations and celebrations are THE BEST if you happen to be going at that time of year.

You might have to pass up some foods you'd normally have loved, but seriously, there is plain seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab) on many of the buffets and if you want something without butter or sauce at any of the full service restaurants they will accommodate you and you can always carry a protein bar with you during the day as well.
As for a fridge to be put in your room and you can freeze cheese sticks to carry with you and after a few hours they will still be chilled and an easy snack to enjoy!
Disney has a pretty amazing ability to shove the fattening and tempting foods in your face almost 24/7, but the good choices ARE there. You might have to do some asking, but no matter where, there are good choices. :)
Enjoy the parks!!
