What multi vitamin?

I'm in walgreens right now. Which multi vitamin is the overall best by your opinion that they sell here? I just want to get something to start me out.

Nature made if your doing a pill. Centrum Silver if your do a chewable one. But really just anything that is 100% of the recommoned doses, then you take 2.

Ok. Centrum silver is 50+. Is that what I need? I'm only 24
