Food vacuum sealers are VERY helpful post-op
I have shared my method for vacuum sealing without one of these machines, but have been seriously thinking about transitioning to this style of packing. I like the ease of the machine...now I am going to start stalking BJs and Costco for the next deal they offer on one! :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
