I am 8 weeks out from RNY. I have lost 58 lbs so far. I started at 288 I am now 230. My BMI has dropped 10 points. From 48 to 38. And I have lost over 38 inches all over. I have went from a 24 jeans to a 18. I can't wait to see what the outcome of the new me will become. I also got a job this week, started yesterday. I also start night classes next month. My depression is gone and I feel great!! Best decision I ever made.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
