I hit my first big milestone!
I am down 75 pounds and have said goodbye to the 300's! It has been over a decade since I have been down this low. I have started walking 1hr. 5days a week and I go to the gym for strength training 3 times a week. I am so happy to be able to do this! I am really excited about the changes taking place. I pray that i keep an honest perspective and don't take this for granted. I am working hard to establish my new habits and avoiding the old ones that hurt me.I have a long way left to reach my goal weight but I will enjoy the journey both to goal and maintaining it:) Thanks so much for all of the support and encouragement I have received here:)

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
