Maybe check out Overeaters Anonymous?  Its really been helping me since I joined.  You can do online meetings and sponsorship if you can't get to a face to face meeting.  Google 12steps4coes or The Recovery Room for two good sites that offer online meetings.

As mentioned earlier, tracking your food on myfitnesspal.com is a great tool.

Good luck.  Don't give up hope!

I am 7 pounds up - some days 10.  Like you it is my food choices.  What I know to be true is a few days of back on track and drinking lots of water and the weight comes off fairly quickly.  I will be 4 years post op in November.  My goal is to lose 10 pounds by that time which will place me at an all time low.  I'm joining a new gym today and am once again holding myself accountable, coming here and eating clean, healthy foods.  I am actually very excited about beginning a new gym membership.  There is no way around this journey.  We know what it takes, and it takes life long changes involving eating clean, healthy foods with treats only eaten on occasion and in moderation in conjunction with regular exercise of some sort.

Thank you everybody .

I did better yesterday. Even went for a walk. Then came down with the stomach bug last night...devil

Better today than last night but not great. I retched for like 4 hours! IDK about you guys but I dont vomit like a normal person anymore. (TMI sorry).

I will start trying MFP. I just signed up then it went down for maintenance. Grrr. I track my walks on http://www.endomondo.com/login and share them on FB for support

Thanks again! ~Liz
