9 months out with pic :)
I made it to the nine month mark and this is still the best choice I have made for myself. I'm close to where I want to be in weight, but still looking into surgery to remove my Panini and lose skin. I'm thinking tummy, but maybe arms as well depending on money. I started working out again because I took the whole month of July off as it was 90+ in my room, no ac I couldn't't handle working out in it. So I worked out for a week and gained 5 pounds. Freaked out, stop working out this week and lost 3 of the 5 so far while being on my period. I was doing a toning video with weights by Jillian Michaels. Any ideas on why the weight gain? I want to work out but not if I gain weight not lose it. 5 pounds up is were I start changing things if I gain that much. I also work a ton, 60+ hours a week, on my feet the whole time, two jobs plus full time in school. I couldn't have done this 9 months ago that's for sure. I just brought my first size 8 pants which will be seen in the pic and a size 10 of American Eagles. All my pants I still buy at a second hand store, it's cheaper because I'm many different sizes lol. Hope you all are doing good, I stop and read many posts still, and good luck to everyone :)

When you work out your building muscle. When you have more muscles you burn more calories. Gaining 5 pounds the week before your period isnt unheard of. But also when you workout you need to up your calories. I tend to do about 150 more calories on heavy work out days. On running days I do about 100 more calories.
But isnt it nice to be able to go into any store and find clothing that fits like it should. I love it and I love that I have no muffin top!!!
Thanks. Maybe my issue was not eating enough. I have never gained weight before my period that's why I got scared. People at work poke fun at me and tell me I eat like a bird lol. But I'm ok with this, I ain't gaining that weight back again.

I am guessing auto correct changed it to panini vs. panni, lol. Unless you are looking to rid yourself of a hot pressed sandwich. ;)
Currently I am 3 months out. Each of the three months I have gained exactly 5 lbs the week of my period and then have a killer 'loss' a few days after it ends. I also find that I want ALL MANNER of salt right when I gain those 5 lbs, too. I track my weight weekly and note when my period starts on a calendar and the gain is always right with my period.
