I wonder if he meant not hungry just early out while the stomach is healing? From what my surgeon said he said it was very individual as to when the feeling of hunger returned...I'm 10 weeks out and not feeling it yet, head hunger yes, but true hunger pangs, no.

I had my surgery with Dr. Sosa in June and I don't feel hunger yet. I think he meant that the hunger goes away for a while, which helps us form our new habits and lose weight. At least that's the way I understood him.

I have felt hunger from the first week. (Probably head hunger)  It also depends on where I am at in my menstral cycle. I definitly feel hungry.

I get hungry. I feel it lower down, below my pouch. I'm also starting to get my full signal there too. I've had several hungry days this past week, too, and it's been hard to keep from grazing. Not happy about that development. Will discuss it with my therapist when I see him this morning.
