.8 LBs-really?
You have had a rough recovery but this will end. As for the .8 pounds you have put your body through the wringer and its letting you know! Really though with everything once you're through this you will start losing more. I'm just short of a month since surgery and have lost only 8 pounds so I know how you must feel. Worse yet I have to face the doc tomorrow and his guidelines say I should have lost 15 pounds minimum. but I've done everything I was supposed to be doing - even did an hour and 20 minutes aerobic walking dvd this morning. Usually just doing the 3 mile 45 minute one. So hang in there. You will feel better and the numbers will start coming down. That's my hope anyway!!!!!!!
I had an infection in my camera hole incision after surgery & it really made things so much harder, mostly psychologically :(
Hang in there, it will get better :)

The race isn't given to the swift nor the strong, but it's given to the ones who endure it to the end...
Have also in mind that a lot of people lose weight much slower after revision.. . The body is smart and may try to resist weight loss.
But as long as you follow the rules - it should happen...
