I eat 1000 calories during the week and  more on the weekends.  I don't eat during the day, just lemon and watered down iced tea.

I'm 12 yrs out so I may not be normal according to everyone else that's not that far out, I still get full fast, so don't eat much at one time. I do my 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I keep it around 1200-1400 calories per day.

Breakfast-couple scrambled egg whites with melted cheddar.

snack - cheese stick or single cup yogurt. (small kids version).

Lunch - chicken breast with melted l/f swiss, picante sauce on the side.

snack - turkey jerky, cheese stick or greek yogurt with some blueberries.

Dinner-3 ounces steak, couple bites veggie-salad or beans from the garden..

snack - cup of tea and maybe some air popped popcorn or just the tea.

I drink 80+ ounces of water a day and a couple cups of coffee and the occasional hershey kiss. Gotta have my chocolate.
