8 days in hospital and counting.

Monday the 16th for post op appointment with surgeon. Within 1 minute of hearing my problems, he put me in hospital saying i would only need 3 days and I would be better. im just getting worse. All my veins are blown and I will be  getting a PICC line today so I can receive my TPN   Because I can't eat. The endoscopy showed a very swollen inflame red and irritated esophagus and pouch. They are also talking about me having physical therapy. Worst part is I could be here for a month :(

I am so sorry you are having problems, i will be praying for your recovery...i know its ruff but hang in there it will get better...best of luck to you honey...

So sorry to hear of this turn of events, but the good thing is that the problem is now being addressed.  Try to take it one day at a time and not worry about what might--or might not--be. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
