Some day I will figure out how to post photos on here...until then, just have to tell the story. I'll be taking my tracker down three more pounds when I get back on my laptop, for some reason it does not work with my iPad, starting to get the picture that I am tech challenged? When I do that it will represent the fact that I have lost over 1/2 of myself...my first weigh in with my doc was 488 pounds...I now weigh 243. All of that said, while doing push ups in my room with no shirt on I realized that I am now a skin farm just waiting to donate! I do have more to lose but holy crap I look like a Sharpei. Time will tell if I do the skin removal but this morning was one heck of an eye opener for me...

Ah, if only all that skin could be put to good use!  Lots of us end up with parts of our bodies looking like a Sharpei.  I know how bad my stomach was after losing 190 pounds (I started at 332 and ended up at 145 (lowest 142)), so I can imagine how a nearly 250 pound loss looks.

I cannot get pictures to post via my ipad either... I have to use my laptop.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Congrats on your loss so far! By the time you are done, you will be a skin farm, but you might decide to only remove skin in certain places. Don't feel like it is all or nothing.
