10/15/13 BARIVERSARY!!!

Tues is my one year bariversay. But I was hoping to hit my goal of 150 lbs. But is stuck at 180 lbs. 30 lbs from my goal. I started at 292 lbs but I had alot of stress the last couple of months n got me off track. Is it possible to get back on and lose the extra 30 I wanted to?

Congratulations on your weight loss!!!  GREAT JOB!  

Make a list of all the things you were doing when you were losing and then one by one incorporate them into your daily routine.  The weight will start coming off again.  Tracking your food, journal what you are feeling when you eat, track your carbs, move, move, move :-) Don't forget to drink your water also

It's always possible to lose more weight. no matter how far out you are.  I just heard about someone who was something like 7 years out or so and finally reached their goal.  You have a tool to help you stick with a food plan that will help you lose weight.  There is a group called back on track together http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/backontracktogether/

I have heard good things about it.
