Congratulations!  You look fabulous!  DIf you don't mind my asking, did  you lose gradually throughout the 2 years or did you have a more dramatic weight loss at the beginning and then stalls?

Of course I don't mind you asking.

The first year July 2011 until July 2012, I lost the most weight 121.5 lbs, getting down to around 206 lbs,  Then I was stuck at about that weight give or take a pound or two until February 2013. At that point I decided I was done and wanted to hit my goal weight. I went into my PCP (who is also bariatric weight loss specialist) and got on her program.  Her program is High Protein (100 or more grams a day), low carb (30 grams day), very little fruit if any and around 1200 calories a day. Pretty much what I was suppose to be doing anyhow.  Her program kept me accountable, I would have to go weigh in every two weeks.  I also, hit the gym hard, started doing body combat classes, water aerobics and walking on a local trail.  I also purchased body media fit armband that links to my phone, it's what they wear on the biggest loser, it tells you how many calories you are burning a day (without exercise) and then if you do exercise it adds that into it also.  Logged all food into my fitness pal, then that would upload to my armband program.  So I would be able to see calories in vs. calories out.  I made sure that I always had a good deficit.  From February 2013 till now, I lost an additional 40.5 lbs and then 5.5 lbs of skin removed, put me a little below goal weight.
