3 months appointment
So I went to the doctor yesterday to have my 3 months appointment and it is all looking great!! I mentioned I had an allergic reaction to the stitches and that is still not better, I'll have to go to the hospital and remove the inside stitches (just waiting for insurance approval) but I am in no pain, the incision just isn't closing up, so it is a pain but it is not a big deal. He said that I can start exercising, I might get to hard exercise after removing the stitches but at least I can start running or something to help the weight loss. And he said that my labs are great, I have a little problem with my vitamin D but he said it is no big deal. But what really made me so happy is that he finally gave me the ok to have gum! SO HAPPY right now!! I mean my NUT is keeping me far away from anything sweet, so the sugar free gum at least gives me the impression that I a eating something like that. My loss is great as well, I mean 3 and a half months (the appointment was a little late) and 70 lbs lost, about half of my goal, so yeah I am really happy right now!!
. He said swallowing it would cause it to get stuck in my pouch. What would happen to it then? Never dissolve? Cause what problems? Sigh.... I was looking forward to gum.
