Progress pics - 8 months post-op today!
HAPPY 8 MONTHS TO ME!!!
It's been hard but soooo worth it! Through complications and all. My highest weight was in April 2011 i weighed 401 LBS. These pics i was around 380'ish LBS. My current weight as of today is 221 LBS i am down a total of 180 LBS so far. Sometimes i still have a hard time seeing it.. but i know i am my own worse critic. ENJOY! =)
The pic right beside this one was in May 2013 i was around 260 i think.

Sweet googly moogly--what a change!
Try looking at yourself WITHOUT your head (stand at a mirror where you see from the neck down OR have someone take your photo from the neck down) and you should see a huge difference that will 'stick' in your head.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
