FINALLY..........IT BROKE!!!!

I'm so super happy my weightloss stall has broke on Thursday the 7th the scale finally move after being stuck at 236 for almost 4 wks I have lost 7 lbs now I'm 229 I can't tell you how thrilled I am that it finally broke, but I know now to expect these stalls and just be patient because the weight will come off slow and steady is the best results . Thank all of you who gave me great advice

Good for you! That seems to be my pattern for weight loss....stay the same for 3 weeks, then lose 7-10 pounds almost at once. Every month this happens. I will take it!! The inches seem to be catching up on the 3 weeks of same weight. Good luck with your weight loss!
