hemax iron and 3 year anniversary

yesterday was my 3 month anniversary appt. I thought i had all my vitamins in a row and i didn't need to worry about anything.  well my ferretin was back down to 31. they gave me Hemax. it has 150 mg of carbonyl iron and 500 mg of vitamin c. i think it needs more vitamin c now that i think about it.

it also contains a little tiny bit of vit E, folic acid, vit b-12, and biotin.

my vitamin b12 was 500 but this was my fault so they are giving me a vit b12 called Nascobal.  it is a nasal spray that you use 1x/week. so i will try anything once.

then my vitamin d was low.  i have the vitamin d from bio tech that i got from vita lady so i started taking it again today. 

eye opener for me yesterday.

Yeah, you would need 1000 mg C with 150 mg elemental iron - 200 mg C for every 30 mg elemental iron.
