Ladies-what do you take for cramps?

I usally have cramps on day 2 and day 3.  My dr prescribed Tramadol... one 50mg tablet in the morning on day 2 and one on day 3 and I'm fine!!  :-)

Use of acetaminophen by weight loss surgery patients has been linked to a higher instance of acute liver failure. Personally, I limit my use and have maybe taken it 3-4 times this year.
