1 day post-op

I was asked to get at least 30 in post-op for the first several weeks, then 45, then 60, then 75 and working my way up. By the third month I could do 80, no problem. But I don't think I've ever read of someone waking and doing all 80g on day one or even week one for that matter!
One thing that might help is to drink something like Isopure RTD which is more 'water like' and packs a TON of protein in.
