always sick after diner

Every tine after I eat diner i am so sick. i can only get in about 2-3 bites in and i have to throw up. Breakfast and lunch I have no problem

Even if I eat the same thing as I did at lunch for diner i get so sick. I am definitely not eating enough and that is why my weight loss has been stalled for a coupe of days now.

Help!!!!!

Hang in there. I sometimes experience the same thing. I've noticed that at work I'm much more relaxed when I eat. At home in the evenings it's chaotic (4 kids and homework). I have to take a deep breath and start at the basics......small bites, protein first and chew, chew, chew.

I would try those same things if I were in your situation.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I agree about the stress theory. No matter how easily I ate at home, if I afe with my parents (their place or dining out), I'd eat only a a bite or two, then felt so full, I spent the rest of the meal and visit foodless. Until I knew what was happening, I'd had it come right back up on me. I'd take the leftovers home and had no problems. nce the door closed behind me.
