I know for me.... I'll be a year out tomorrow and I still can't eat no more than 2 oz of dense meat but fish, I can eat a little more than half. In the mornings, I have a very small pouch, sometimes being only able to eat 1 turkey bacon strip and half a scrabble egg.

I have always had the full sensation but I do not have the hunger sensation which I'm happy about.

First of all, don't stress about pouch size.  Studies have shown that variations in pouch size have little to nothing to do with long term weight loss and maintenance success.  The true success is in the changed eating habits.

Second, if you are chewing your food well (into a "mush" consistency) as we need to in order to help make up for not having the full complement of stomach juices, you are breaking the food down enough that, yes, if you are taking 20 minutes to eat, a portion of what you ate at the beginning of the meal is already out of the pouch.  It takes about 30 minutes for a full meal to exit the pouch (which is why the restriction of drinking after eating is 30 minutes (and why waiting 60 minutes doesn't really accomplish anything additional other than making you thirsty!))
