I miss crunch too - I bought some super expensive but hopefully worth it parmesan crisps.  And I have seen recipes where we can make our own.  Hopefully that will help me have a special treat while still avoiding crackers and chips!  But talk to me in five months  when I am where you are ;)

Hey Chrstina Lee - that's amazing!  I bet you couldn't imagine 22 laps around a track at 311 lbs.  Kinda where I am today :)  I look forward to being where you are :)

Hi DC

B: Greek yogurt, black cherry flavor & cream of wheat made with low fat milk, maple (too sweet)

S:  1 oz. laughing cow garlic & herb cheese spread with wheat toast

L: protein shake (need to get the protein in)

D: Chicken, green chile enchilada sauce (inspired by you - thank you), smashed black beans & mozzarella cheese.

no treadmill today, but went marketing just to get some walking into my day. only got in 2 glasses of water so far, need to drink some before bedtime!

Questions - if you don't mind my asking:

are you eating regular bacon? If so, how is your stomach handling it

is your pepper jack low fat or regular? - I was a HUGE cheese eater, and right now I don't mind low fat cottage cheese,  part skim mozzarella if it's melted, or cheese spreads, but I can no longer eat a cold slice of part skim mozzarella because it leaves a funny taste in my mouth.

good luck on your trip, be safe & God bless you.

Renee
