Vitamin schedule
Well, we need to take calcium citrate three or four times a day because we need 1500 to 2000 mg and can only absorb about 500 mg at a time. We also need to take iron at least two hours away from calcium. I do this:
Breakfast - multi, calcium citrate, D3, vitamin A, zinc (I take the D3, A and zinc based on my labs)
Lunch - calcium citrate
Dinner - multi, calcium citrate
Bedtime - iron, vitamin C
I do B12 shots every other week but if you use a sublingual, you can take it anytime.
